Is anyone still cycling in shorts & tee-shirt ?

Surely wearing arm and leg warmers with short sleeves and legs is much the same as wearing longs?

I went out on Monday, at 8 degrees, with swirly winds at 35 mph. Had neck thing folded on my head, thin long finger gloves, base layer, windproof soft shell, tights and overshoes. Neck thing was removed after 2 miles and rest of body just got warmer and warmer as I rode further.

Could quite easily have ditched the base layer and overshoes and swapped the gloves to fingerless. Short sleeves maybe too, it was that mild even with the wind.

Base layer light jacket and shorts here.and still too warm on the mtb..
though that could be the mud coating increasing the insulation.

Shorts and not even a top, mind you that is only on the turbo as I have not been out on the road for a few weeks.

I went out the other day for the first time with Short sleeve top with compression layer underneath and arm warmers, and shorts with leg warmers. Had to take the arm warmers off half way round, I was too hot. Did like not starting out cold though

It's far too warm for shorts.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Nah, just sucking in my stomach for the camera.
Was it you riding around with a boner on the news?
