I have just got a friend into cycling. We did his first 25 miler yesterday.
I was telling him the benefits of jelly babies BUT.........as a strict vegetarian he wont eat anything with gellatine in.
So jelly babies/beans are out.
Are there any good alternatives.
I know about flapjacks & fig bickies etc. but I'm trying to think of a direct substitute for the above.
