Hurts like hell when removed (even when wet in shower) having had my knee taped recently...and my legs aren't very hairy!!
While I realise this whole ‘out of the saddle’ thing is a . . . thing, perhaps after having gone to the trouble of setting the bike up so you can perform efficiently in a sitting position, it would be best to use it like that? Especially if standing while riding causes problems.
That's good news!Knee definitely improving , i managed to ride up and down the road yesterday and it felt a lot better .Im not going to push it though i might go for a little spin tomorrow .
Similar to @vickster and you, I don't have hairy legs either
