Physio next Wednesday .
Just ordered a patella strap to see if it helps and started doing exercises to build inner quad strength as these were recommended last time i had knee pain for they knew it was a meniscus tear .
They can be deceptive, some pains showing at what is not the cause. I sense riding out of the saddle is better for the knee, there being less bend and thus less ieverage.
Well im off work today and i really wanted to go out for a ride but thought better of it .
Keep off the big ring, spin in easy sprockets and stay under ~150W?
