Im just going off what i was told by the officer. Its not the assault bit that bothers me. I just want him off the roads.

GF no longer wants to go out on her bike alone which means ive got to drop her off at work in the mornings.

The charging will sort out one way or another.

I agree it does look like the job has got off to a good start.

Can't ask for more than that at this stage - many victims get less.

If i was on my own, i would of kicked off big time but as i was with GF i tried to stay as calm as i could. Not worth stooping to his sort of level anyway.

A deliberate attack on anybody by use of a vehicle should be treated in the same manner as an attack with any other weapon - ie very seriously and the starting point should be a custodial sentence, plus a lifetime ban as unfit to be in charge.

Because UK law is a joke - it's badly written to begin with, then its validity is warped and established by case law in which irrelevant aspects are discussed and innocuous words given meaning which was never intended. The legal system serves only to feed the leeches that suck off it, not to provide justice.

Makes me pissed off just readin that. The driver has basically shot himself in the foot, or at least at his own people via his actions. Such behavior will just encourage even more racism.

What is going on with people these days? This clown needs a lengthy driving ban, a spell in prison, and educated as to exactly who is allowed on the roads.
