Left or right ?

When I stop in traffic I clip out on the right and stand in traffic , see many people clip out left to stand on kerb , whose right ? I feel more assertive and safe clipping out right foot , thoughts please

I clip out whatever feels comfortable at the time. Usually clip out my right as I'm left footed I feel I get more power setting off again.

It's an individual thing. I always unclip left foot, it just seems the most natural to me.

I unclip with the left, it's something that feels more natural perhaps because I push off with the right foot so left foot last in, first out became the norm. It also has the advantage of being pavement side when you stop by the kerb.

I don't have clips but im a leftie, easier to stay sat in the saddle and put a foot on the curb

I unclip my right foot and stand in the road, leaving my left clipped in.

Oh Dear. All you people getting it wrong! It is always correct to unclip the left foot. Never correct to unclip the right.

Always unclipped left foot as it felt the most natural to me. Perhaps oddly I never use the kerb though, but I tend not to position myself that close to the kerb.

If I am stopping for a prolonged period, such as a level crossing, the right comes out too.

I unclip left just because it that's the way it happens. I don't think about it, the left foot just automatically unclips.
