My kitchen scale rounds to the gramme. I apologise for the rounding error.

I'm not a drug dealer.
That's a shame, a penny weighs 1/8 of an ounce and a 2p piece is a quarter (the old 1/2p weighed a 'teenth')

..the good thing is that if you have change then the weight of the change goes down after a cafe stop rather than going up if you don't have change.

I'd use contactless if they take it, every time unless I've got a pocketful of change I want to get rid of. When going out on a bike ride (as opposed to just cycling to shops, pub, whatever), I'll sort out my change and leave all coppers and 5ps at home. Might not take many 10ps either. Change doesn't really weigh that much, but it's annoying to have it jangling, rubbing on your thigh (or wherever) and wearing a hole in your pocket.
