There's a further diversion to the route, due to a burst watermain in Reigate. As you come barreling down Reigate Hill, turn left into Raglan Road then right at the end into Croydon Road. This means missing out the chance of setting off the speed camera on Reigate Hill, chiz.

Bummer..... You'll be missed.

Who's starting from HPC? I think so far it's myself @User and @rb58 who've put their hand up. Anyone else and who's joining on the way?

@slowmotion , where are you in this thread sir?

Day release has been approved. HPC would require an unattainable early start so intend to join up somewhere between Crawley and Handcross.
Both Norwegians and Beeb stating sunny morn, NW breeze and chilly. Now where are those winter bibs (coz I definitely need them!)?

I'll be starting from the old bingo hall in Kennington and slowly making my way to Clapham South (across from the station by the Tesco ).

I've just been on google maps and blow me, the Veteran car run route was marked with a red and white dotted line. Never seen anything like this for an event before. If it doesn't pop up for you try putting it in the google maps search box and see if it does.

Silencing his legs regularly
Out because of 15 mph winds for return leg. And no trains, as per usual.
