long or short hair on blokes

I tend to favour the No2 or No3 but most of the women I know (including my wife) prefer longer hair and think the crop looks thuggish. What do the ladeez on here think?

My other half has lovely tousled short blond hair - cut, not clipped - and it's DEAD sexy.

Short hair for me. As an ex hippie my hair was very long years ago, but with all the cycling I do it's best to have it short
