My weekdays consist of:
- 6am - getting up
- 7.30am - cycling the three miles to work
- 8am till 5pm - working/ posting on CycleChat
- 5pm - cycling three miles home
- 5.30pm till 6.15pm - dinner
- 6.15pm till 6.30pm - falling asleep in front of 'In the night garden'
- 6.30pm till 9pm - bathing my offspring and trying to get her to go sleep (it seems to take forever, I wish I had her energy!)
- 9pm till 10pm - spending quality time with Mrs Culture
- 10pm till 6am - reading / sleep
SO - the only chance I get for extra exercise is the half an hour I'm unchained from my desk at lunchtime. At best I can manage ten miles in this time, but at worst I manage nothing.
I'm still working my way through the many many biscuit selection packs we got given at Christmas, and this coupled with a cold I've had forever means I've slacked off on my lunchtime exercise, but I MUST re-start!
Saturdays I look after my daughter so my wife and work and Sundays we try and spend as family days.
I'm not moaning at all, just looking for reassurance that I'm not the only one I guess!
