Right, I'm back up The Arches. Phil Mitchell issued the traditional East End greeting of "slag", and told me to wait up stairs or he would "belt" me. I love the warmth of the East End MOT tester welcome.

No good shouting MOT takes a minimum of 45 minutes, they can't issue a cert in less time, even if they did the test earlier in the day

When I took my fizzer for it's MOT it only took about 20 minutes, but the tester said I can't let you go as it's supposed to take 45 (or whatever). He made me a cup of tea and we chatted until the time was up.

Dunno what's going on. Phil has checked the lights, tyres, wipers, shiver the thing up the exhaust, rolled it off the ramp and wandered off. Probably gone to give Ian Beale a good hiding I expect.
