You may find that the groupset comes with some cabling.

Inner cables are widely available - LBS / eBay etc.

Shimano outer cable is good IMO:

http://www.tweekscycles.com/components/gear-cables/shimano-sis-sp41-outer-gear-casing-4mm-per-metre

I bought 3m of each for my build and had a least 1m left over.

You'll also need cable end crimps - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/60-X-FIBR...sure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item2c75dc1c58

And gear / brake outer ferrules (different sizes for gear / brake cables).

I wish you'd hurry up and get it finished - the suspense is killing me!^_^

Mine's done and ready for the first proper outing this weekend:

Cheers. I am thinking grey at the moment, but may go orange!

It won't be built until January I'm afraid

Been browsing the web as you do  and I have found the Rival shifters on Merlin for £40 less, so the others will be going back to CRC

Should pay for the cables...or for half of the grey saddle :bravo:

I am not a very loyal online shopper  But I do have a very active credit card at the moment :hyper:

And Wiggle have reduced the cost of the chainset so have emailed them to request a refund of the difference (save me the hassle of returning and reordering which would be a nonsense)!

Cheers. I think the cable kit I have on order has these included

So it does, and quite a few other bits and pieces as well, some of which I wouldn't know what to do with.

Looks good value, brakes and gears, all in for £30.

Less, actually £23 on a match against Tredz, and indeed less still as I had a £17 credit from wiggle as they had reduced the cranks, so they gave a voucher for the difference rather than me returning and reordering

Even better.

I'm no roadie, but I like the look of the frame you've chosen - it should build up a treat.

I got all of the boxes in the car and safely to Chertsey where the friend who is building it lives
