Maybe not exactly that but basically something like it. Has a slot that lines up with the dropout and underneath has the derailleur mount.

in that case you need to buy a different frame to fit the deraileur hanger and derailleur too, and then transfer over all the shifters wheels saddle bars etc. over to the new frame
Oh wait a moment - just buy a fecking tourney deraileur like you have (if its broken) and replace like with like

Just buy another tourney with the in-built hanger - that's what your frame is made for.
This should work with any modern rear derailleur right?

The mount will work, but it is unlikely that you can get an 8/9 speed derailleur to work well with a 6 speed freewheel. Why not use one of the 6 speed dérailleurs suggested upthread?
ETA, ain't my autocomple posh, it even puts the accents in the rite place

Can I ask why is it you are dead set on buying a like for like replacement such as these below,
and insist on trying to bodge something that is unsuitable for your frame with an adaptor?
