WFH my right hand has been suffering cold of late and typing became difficult. I couldn’t work out why because left hand was fine. Then light bulb moment 💡Left rests on laptop keyboard (warm) whilst right is on the mouse (I.e. cold desk) which saps heat out of it. Cycling mitts now being put to secondary use.

Use the laptop touchpad. Free heating!

Those gloves remind me of something. Light a candle and place it at the side of your keyboard. Once in a while, whilst looking ever so grumpy, utter the words "bah humbug" to your colleagues as they're walking past your desk. Lol.

Back to the running, as stated, before l bought specific clothing/joined a running club, l wore my club jerseys
Which, slightly pleasingly annoyed some of the club members
(didn’t rejoin it well before covid, but pay my BCF every year as a private member)

The Trunce
A 4 mile ‘out & back’, which was fairly tough in parts
Certainly a walk, at one part, as there were ‘steps’

I ride a recumbent and my clothing is hill walking / mountaineering or running gear. I don’t run but do the hill walking / mountaineering bit. Recently done a refresh but my gear certainly gets a life of at least 20 years, just retiring a smock bought in 2003.
