[Flick of the Elbow]

Managed a short mtb ride with MrsFoE this morning, got back just as the first lightning flashed. After the initial heavy rain it has stayed wet and murky ever since. More rain forecast.
Now watching the Tour.

If you are making a crumble to send to me, can you leave out the rhubarb please?

I have been told that rhubarb, grapefruit and spinach are foods I cannot eat, as they affect the medication I am taking. Is rhubarb full of sugar? Grapefruit too acidic?

Afternoon cuppa went down well with a chocolate digestive.
Rhubarb has been sourced so all ingredients are ready just need to do the preparation and cooking.
Rain has ceased.

Still murky and wet. We appear to have had the same weather today as the tops of the Pyrenean cols in the Tour today.
