Evening cuppa went down well .
Earlier on swmbo said she had put a pound of weight on , my reply was that's just a good poo and nothing to worry about , her reply was thats a pack of mince so quite a big poo ......

Tis indeed. It took three emails last week, then two phone calls this morning.
If a change to my treatment needs to be discussed, then "in Person" would be appropriate. For routine questions, it can be by phone, imo.

A breezy but otherwise nice and sunny day has been had. Got the shopping done and then had a slice of toast and a mug of coffee for lunch. After that I went for a bike ride up to Ipswich to have a look at a couple of unusual vessels visiting Ipswich Dock (pics in photo thread) and have since spent the rest of the day indulging in my favourite hobby - doing nothing.

Strange day from a weather point of view. Was mostly quite nice apart from one absolutely horrible shower at around 5pm.
First day of the working week completed. A short week this week and next as I have Friday and Monday off. I had thought about some sort of little mini tour but the weather forecast is atrocious and certainly not camping friendly.
I went and got some groceries after work and then went out for a twenty mile ride. Roads seem very busy tonight and it must be international drive like a selfish 🤬 day.
It was quite cold too. Summer must have gone for another year.
I've just got notification that the eBay item I bought last Tuesday has just been posted!!
