Circumnavigated the Baie de la Somme, 40km. Wind was against me going and vanished on the return.
An awful lot of weight advantages grey types on ill fitting Ebikes in my opinion. In my way too!

The increased mileage and re-calibration of my calorie intake in the past month or so has yielded a 3 kg weight drop.

I have been successful in changing my "in person" appointment at the Hopsital to a Telephone Call.

Why would I want to spend a Friday afternoon getting to, waiting in, answering a few questions, and getting back from a Hopsital when I am feeling not well?

I popped a couple of wheels into my frame to see what it looked like and to measure the wheelbase. It is 38.5 inches, a bit short. The frame is a Fauso Coppi. It has by Masciaghi on the chain stay and Reporto Corse on the seat tube. I looked up what Reporto Corse meant, Racing Department.

Enjoyed a walk of a few miles to the garden centre for lunch. Took the bus home. Will be heading into town later.

Lunchtime stroll completed a bit of a gentle breeze but sunny with some clouds.

I have just been told we have too many bananas 🤔 so I might make a banana loaf then
