Running total 151 miles for the two days. I was very lucky with the weather again today, but it was bitterly cold in the morning. I had underestimated how much clothes to wear, but it did warm up in the afternoon.

I rode along the Greenway to Achill and continued on the Keel Strand.

Home again tomorrow. Iay or may not climb a mountain in the morning. I'll see how I feel and what the weather looks like.

A very enjoyable if somewhat chilly day out has been had - I'm glad I took the extra thin fleece top 'just in case' as it was needed. I couldn't be bothered to remove the bike from the boot of the car when I got home, so that will need to be done on Monday. It's also reached the time of the year when the sun shines more on the back of the car so, when the seats are back up, I'll need to reposition the solar battery maintainer panel to the back window where it will be propped in place with an old bicycle handlebar.

Don't know how much longer I'll be able to stay awake given the early (for me) morning, a day of fresh air and 2+ hours each way of concentration while driving.

got in a ride despite the chilly drizzle. some blurry video frames

Morning.
It looks grey out from where I'm sitting.
Bit of a dilemma. I have just seen a classic bike found up for sale. I have just recently bought a modern frame to do up. Admittedly I have just sold a classic bike to our friend for her son. He had asked for first refusal if I ever wanted to sell it. It was originally from his dad's cycle shop.
The bike which is for sale is from the same year as me. It just looks like it needs a good clean. Do I have room? Well there is always a way of finding space but it is really tight.

First cuppa went down well.

Workers are thumping slabs down as they continue the rear garden makeover next door.

Good morning from Suffolk where I keep seeing small patches of blue sky through the grey cloud, but never where the sun is supposed to be. Coffee has been had.

A fairly busy morning ahead - the bike needs to be removed from the car, the bedding needs to be changed and I need to pop into town to get a card and a small pressie for my dad's birthday which is on Tuesday. No bin was put out, emptied or needs to be retrieved.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
a new bin that i did not order appeared on the doorstep so i rang the council and someone ordered it with a fake name and number, this is an ongoing saga with the neighbour receiving 14! ordered in my name .The police are involved but cant do much,
in other news im spending ages on hold chasing my new claim on private health to get knee looked at.
