Just seen article about cooking Christmas dinner in an air fryer. Along with what you can it helpfully included what not to. Turns out cooking gravy in an air fryer is not a good idea, If anyone is thick enough to try it I think they better eat out for dinner.

You'd be surprised how dim-witted some people can be. Beggars belief sometimes...

Congratulations Mr & Mrs @biggs682 Tandem coming next?

Dental checkup this morning. No issues but it did result in a slightly earlier lunch and a very long afternoon WAH. Returned home to find the postal constipation relieved again with 4 Christmas cards, two small packets and a magazine having come through the letter box.
Next door is busy with service people, a cleaner, then an electrician, then a heating engineer and now a deep cleaner. Not sure its ever had such attention and its had a constant stream of pets, dog, 2 cats then a cat and a dog.

Christmas has come early
Mini haribo bag in one of the packets that postie delivered today.
Look everybody there are people walking all over Great Britain delivering things saying they are Postie, this is not me unless they are tall 6'4" really handsome suave so fist i cated. Then it will be me,but don't be taken in by anyone wearing shorts in winter.

Evening.
The weather turned sour and clouded over with light drizzle. I decided that I would still go out on my Boardman to deliver local Christmas cards. I must have done over 6 miles delivering them and ended up with more aches. It has taken my mileage for this year to just over 1,300 miles a new world record for me.

Trial run tomorrow, the advantage of using turkey breast steaks. Concern being how well the stuffing balls and pigs in blanket cook

We don't have one but for years we've had a Remoska which covers most things. Roasts full size Chicken and veg no problem and being low voltage it's great for the van too.
