I've just had to go upstairs and remove my thermal leggings. It is nearly 10C warmer outside tonight compared to last night, ergo the house is far easier to heat. And so I was slowly cooking myself.

Time to bank the fire for the night and hobble off upstairs to bed.

My foggy brain has a lot to cope with at present. I think it has absorbed a lot of tragic news recently.

My advice is rest when you need to and do what you can when you can. Use your energy to do things thats make you feel good, brain fog i've found is best fixed by getting some fresh air and enjoying the moment.

I am feeling extremely exhausted. Jabs and tablets tomorrow at the Oncology Unit.
Then I am going to give myself six days of holidays I think.

The decorations are all in boxes, but I have not got enough packing tape to seal the boxes, that will be purchased on Thursday. Kizzy likes boxes, but I am sure I will notice if I accidentally seal her into a box. The nee ooopp peep pip sounds will be a clue.

I accidentally shut our cat under the floor. The floorboards were up foot some work and Tiny our cat thought she would go and investigate unknown to us. A little while later we wondered where she was.
" She isn't under the floor is she?"
I lifted the floorboard up and she popped up.

It's Black Bin Day today.

Plus 3 this morning the heavy rain overnight has cleared what ever was left of Ice and snow. So all clear for a morning trip into town, which fits in nicely as hospital appointment is early today. So will have plenty of time to get some fresh air and walking done.
