What a lovely warm & sunny day it was today - if you ignore the 15-20mph head/side wind that seemed to be with me for about 90% of today's ride.
A nice 30something miles heading out of Cambridge city centre to St. Ives on the guided busway cycle path and then back through the countryside to the west of the city. The only problem was that I'd routed myself back through the main University area (thnk Kings College area) - I'd rather do battle with heavy vehicle traffic anywhere else in the city rather than try to negotiate tourists!

While I was out today, the postie delivered my NHS 'poo stick'. That can wait for a bit as, having had one of those supermarket pasta meals for lunch, all they'd get a sample of is sweetcorn.

Puzzled why my Freesat PVR was not recording BBC1 this evening and it transpires local BBC1 is now HD requiring a retune and reprogramming of the PVR. To arrive on Freeview later in the year.
