I went up to see what our little friends were doing yesterday . It seems to be more of a social gathering now . There don't appear to be any more dollops of spawn. From a distance you can see pairs of eyes just poking above the water . As I get closer there is a sudden flurry as they all Scrabble to disappear.

Looks like another day listening to the builders in the flat down stairs with a kango. I've no idea what they're doing but I'm surprised the building is still standing at this stage.

Good morning all, it's as grey a morning today as yesterday was blue. If I've got the timing right, the load of washing that's currently on the go should be finished with time to get it on the clothes horse or hangars to dry before I have to leave to get the train to Nottingham.

This head cold has made my coffee taste absolutely disgusting. Oh well, ginger, honey and lemon it is then. The disadvantage with that is that I'll need to do some washing up first.
