Just 24minutes of enslavement left for today.

I found that cats mix jigsaw puzzles very well.

I am now very full of pankakes.

Made my usual batter, then divvied it in two, added sugar & vanilla extract to one half and made french-style crepes, and added yeast and sultanas to the other half and made some fluffy fruity ones.

There are only half a dozen pancakes left. The parental unit and I did a good job of work on what I'd made. :hungry:

Pancake day tomorrow and just seen a recipe for a gluten free pancake with three ingredients; gf flour, milk, egg and butter.

Well they turned out quite nice, the recipe called for two large eggs so I halved everything and then took 21/24ths of everything and used a medium egg. Enough for two pancakes served as a sandwich with juiced orange and, touch of, sugar filling. One error in not melting the butter but didn't seem to adversely effect the result

Did some non perishable shopping today but nothing else of any importance.
Couple of guys in Lidl with ankle length black dresses and black rather stylish woolly hats. We usually see all kinds of religions heading for Iona but not being out as much as in the past not seen them recently around the north end of the island.
Tomorrow hope to get out on the Ice trike for at least a brief run but today I felt completely wasted and in any case it was cold and a bit wet.
The house was also in a bit of disorder with new upstairs windows being fitted. The crew had 2 vans which blocked the driveway but my son shifted my car to a suitable parking space at the other side of the house.
High tides so lots of vehicles parked just off Connel Bridge with kayak racks causing problems by reducing that section of road to single lane and very dodgy to reverse towards the bridge.
