So update the buyer has replied and is now resorting to becoming offensive. So he’s blocked , reported and item is now re-listed. Someone has already shown interest.

I drained most of a tank of petrol from the Czech patient and put it in the Toyota. My hands stink of petrol despite washing them with just about everything.xx( Roll on EVs!

It's not that straightforward any more. You can't stick a pipe down the filler neck nowadays to syphon it and there's no drainage plug. I couldn't seem to get anything to come out of the fuel feed. I assume there must be valves in system somewhere. I ended up removing the sender unit for the guage. While it was out, the seal seemed to swell and it was very tricky to put back together again.

I'll swap the new battery with the old one in the 205 and then see if anyone wants to buy it for parts or repair. It's worth an engine really as everything else is perfect. I just hate the thing.

Mundane went out to buy some shoe laces, had to buy a second pair.As the card machine has a £5 minimum limit.Anyone know if that's correct.
Yes and No.
There shouldn't be a minimum limit, the same as if you'd used cash, but some places stick a "bank enforced minimum spend" in place. The banks place no minimum spend on their machines. The retailers do to try and cover the cost of using the machine.
They're charged for banking cash, but they don't seem to bother about that.

Morning .
It is grey with drizzle here .
I will be picking up my friends this morning , we are going over to Calne to the model railway exhibition.
Yesterday evening I went down to Thingley to watch a steam train . It was Braunton pulling a special up from Bristol. Whilst waiting for the train I watched 3 Buzzards playing soaring and diving way up in the sky .
