This is mundane 'cos it's to do with a mobile phone. Odd though.
I'm not sure how l do it but l am forever taking screen shots on my phone, not deliberately. When l switch off or put it down l must accidentally go through the sequence which does it. No big deal really. But l was deleting one from Saturday and its peculiar because it almost looks like its a photo taken of the screen and sort of skewed.

crikey that was a busy few weeks. I am back to hoping for a life of mundane moments and tiny rides. The retractable washing line retracted itself with such vigour that it jumped off the wall and broke. It will only extend to about 2 feet now. Once it stops raining I’ll ask the Mister to have a look at it.

I think the Chinese is still there or at least something like it. Trouble is I drive along that part as I cannot walk far and avoiding stray pedestrians takes too much attention to notice anything else.
There is the Argyll Arms in Bunesssan which is quite nice place but nothing much else.
It is not just the pontoons but the regulations which come with them for example you are not supposed to use the inadequate slipway without permission. Nobody I know pays any attention to that and I have launched lots of times from there. The beach launching in the past was easy enough but parked cars often block access for vehicles with trailers.
It is called progress but whether forward or backwards is a matter of opinion and a bit of nostalgia.

Further to my last post on this subject. I was on the original Harbour Committee who started the whole thing off by charging for moorings and a small pontoon. We were more or less blackmailed by the Crown Estates to whom we paid rent. If we had not taken the harbour over then they would have taken over and charged considerably more than we did as local benefit came before profit for us.
Pressure was on us to expand and the committee became a formal business with the committee members becoming formal owners and personably responsible for any debt arising.
I did not wish to go down this route so left the organisation.
We had been a kind of Town Council as the original had been abolished and we became part of Strathclyde Region.

What is the make of phone? My iPhone 8 is turned off by pressing two opposing buttons but screenshots are taken using the same two buttons but only briefly and not for the longer time to switch off.
I never turn the phone off but I could see how this could lead to screenshots if not paying enough attention and giving a quick squeeze followed by a longer one.
