I've stretched mine by walking to the bottom of the garden to sprinkle some bird food around.

Other reports state that the plane was around 650ft from landing.

What I am saying is that if it was at 30,000ft with depressurisation it would have been quick !

I saw 3 Hedgehogs last night , only 2 the night before. Haven't seen the big one for a while , mind you there were a couple of huge poos about !

A strange thing we encountered on the way back up the A350 the other day .we had just passed under the A303 heading towards Warminster when a group of 3 long wheelbase plain white vans overtook 3 motorcyclists, we had to move over to let them through! The vans had blue flashing lights behind their radiator grilles! I didn't get a chance to see their drivers . We assumed that they were police on some special mission . A mile further on we met another group of 3 but this time I saw the driver who looked more like a young chap wearing a baseball cap! Half a mile further on we came across a plain clothes car with blue flashing lights behind its grille! We are not sure if it was a special police convoy or some yobs playing by fitting lights behind their grilles.

Bright sunny day and forecast to stay like that for several days.
Need to get some things packed for an early start tomorrow for a ferry trip if a ferry is working.
This is one of the main worries nowadays as today I got a text from Calmac saying the early boat will not be running due to an engine issue ie probably won't start.
I have left a bit of leeway to get there in time for various chores and a hospital appointment but who can tell?
Worry, worry, worry. Ain't life fun.

Edit at 0840. They have now got the engine going and back in business albeit a bit late running now for most of the day. This particular boat can seem to make up lost time perhaps by pushing the engine a bit harder or pushing passengers and cars off and on as fast as possible.

Good morning all from a cloudy and blustery Suffolk. Up and about way too early thanks to a lousy night's sleep, but at least it will give me time to get a bit of bike fettling done before the planned car cleaning and grass cutting activities.

I did wonder if you do use it .

I used the Galaxy and just picked my route towards the top certainly not suitable for 23 mm road tyres

Please be more specific regarding the nature of the "sore" stomach. For example is the sore condition bloated for example or is more of a gripe or intermittent in nature. When l was living in Guangdong province l drank green tea as a cure all
