He won't be a stranger this time, he's already been in once.
It is reassuring to know that it is not just me affected by lots of noise. I will have a quiet weekend. The next (planned) noise is the electrician installing all the wires for the solar panels.
Btw why are they called solar panels and not photovoltaic panels?
Wouldn't that be the mornings are drawing in, if you need the lights on to get your breakfast?

The first three and possibly four morning ferry sailings are cancelled due to crew shortages on one of the particularly busy days at the start of the school holidays here.
To cap that the food bar at Fishnish run by settlers has announced that they will not bother opening today.
Long queues likely and lots of people wanting hot drinks at least and probably some food as well so cannot be bothered opening.
You could not make it up.
I still blame the tourist industry for putting too much pressure on the system. It is all very well saying increase the capacity but at what cost and how long will this last?
