No rain here at all today, but there were a load of flying ants launching themselves from my garden.

Never seen flying ants up north, used to get loads in Dorset. And those tiny orange spidery things, what the heck were they?

After the last few days Mrs 73 is feeling much better so we are all going out for the day.
Charlies been waiting all morning once his harness comes out he knows.

I signed up for Face Ache mainly to see if any of my old cycling mates ,work colleagues ,school friends were still around.Only people who wanted to be friends were relatives who I see on fairly regular basis or wwe contact each by message.Nothing from my past.

Cycling friends from Loughborough section CTC have probably gone to the great bike shed in the sky.When I joined aged 15 I was the youngest member

It’s quite possible that school mates either aren’t on Facebook or have passed on.

Decided not to continue with Face book as requests to be friends I had. No idea who they are

I just ignore all friend requests and use it for localish information.
Essential in some cases as that is the only way some organisations seem to disseminate information.

Morning .
I was saying to my wife the other day that there weren't many Bees on our lavender. I thought that it might have been due to the lavender not smelling at the time but she said that her runner bean flowers have just dropped off due to the lack of insects . I'll have a look on the front of my Jag to see how many I've splattered.
