Lovely supper of a tomato, ricotta & mozzarella pasta bake. Sort of like a Vincenzo's plate recipe, but with slightly less spendy ingredients. Still very lovely nonetheless. And good cheese pull too!

Mid afternoon and I realised that I'd missed the F1 qualifying, so decided to use BBC Sounds and listen 'as live'. No spoilers, but I'm glad that I didn't have anything to do for the rest of the afternoon.

The evening's hot chocolate is about to be made and I may follow it up with a single beer flavoured treat. Although tomorrow's outbound train isn't until very late morning and I have everything ready to go, I wouldn't mind being up and about earlyish to get a couple of other things done.

Same. Spent two weeks in Wales to get home to flags.

Hosed it down all day. MrsF unwell which we suspect is Covid as bad throat, cough, fatigue and no smell. Brought it back from her swimming trip to Inverness as others have tested positive. Great. Hope I don't get it.
