Morning.
It is bright and sunny here and we have snow. I measured it and it is now only 0.5 of an inch. It was an inch at 4 this morning when I looked out of our window. It must have shrunk.

Sadly they don't have Oompa Loompa's with little brushers , they are built with it in mind , the angle of the panels and smoothness of the surface means some falls off. Dark surface of panels means some heat retention so that helps with snow melt. Snow will see some drop off in output but sunlight can still get though light covering.

I was just collecting the Christmas cards and thought about recycling.
If you were very careful with a Tipex pen you could blot out the writing and send the cards to other people next year. Nobody will know!

Some cars now can be set to “acclimatise” unattended, even ICE ones. Mrs O’s Toyota C-HR can be started and warmed up, on the drive while still locked, from the comfort of the house.
OK it’s not as good as an electric car but the net result for the driver is the same
The RAC put out a waring last week on this in general. On a private drive is fine but on the highway that can be seen as idling. Highway Code rule 123 and you may end up with a fine.
