What would make your house 100% better?

The mortgage paid in full. An open fireplace in the lounge. Every room being at least 20% bigger, bar the kitchen which needs to be at least 50% bigger. A large, hardwood conservatory.
In short, a different house altogether!

A new house with 4-5 bedrooms, conservatory. working fireplaces. and a large shed/garage with a wood fueled stove in i can potter about in on my bike and bushcraft stuff.

this house? a conservatory would be nice. also a total makover! although just started on the front garden heh.

I wish I had put underfloor heating in the garage like I put in the rest of the house. Mind you as soon as I find another nice plot I will start building it.

As for the rest of the house if anything is wrong it is my own fault as I designed and built it.

My house is huge, but it is old and falling apart, and I can't afford to do any more than paper over the cracks, so to speak. So a lottery win would be good.

I could do with the space for a double garage in addition to the existing drive way space but to make my house 100% better It could do with being moved to a different location.
