My first DVD recorder/player cost £700, never really worked right ( and it was a Sony) and kept either stuttering or saying "this disc cannot be played" or "the disc is dirty" (they were new and gleaming) and now they virtually give em away.:cursing:
That's just the cost of being an early adopter. My first DVD player, also a Sony, cost £300. I replaced it 2 years later with another, better Sony for £50.

Xjr1300 one week 70 miles lost a grand ,traded for a cbrxx much better..

engagement ring for a bungie knickers bird was almost the winner..but she was cheap and cheerful..so quite good value I guess,and igot the ring to sell..

I dislike the blue lights on houses..
Our neighbour has blue, think it can be seen from space :angry:
