Further to my previous, I have just had a little sick in the back of my mouth.......
You people ever thought about...... erm, you know........eating proper food? Let me put that another way. Have you ever thought about eating food?
yes...
yesterday I had... (I also had a 22mile 'domestic' commute each way - done 2-3 times a week)
breakfast - granola with oat milk, 4 pancakes with lemon & limes juice (plus brown caster sugar), hot chocolate (oat milk & 100% dark chocolate)
snack - Nakd cashew cookie (basically dates & cashew nuts)
dinner - tomato and basil soup with 1 wholemeal seeded bap & 1 white bap, plus M&S rice, roasted lentil & aubergine salad (I was taken out for lunch by my parents)
snack - dates
evening meal - chip butty times 2 plus remaining chips with mayo, an orange for dessert... plus another hot oat milk
drinks - water, hot almond milk, soya latte, more water, peppermint tea, more water etc
at least 8 of my 5 a day and I am sure I have missed something out from that list and chip butties only happen once a week max and are usually oven chips not chippy chips which they were last night...
And before you ask - even with that amount of calories in a day, I am still loosing +1kg a week in weight at the moment despite being on steroids permanently...
