New menu at my sons pub/restaurant.

Ive mentioned elsewhere that my son and DiL own a pub/restaurant in West Leake.
The menu is not aimed at people like me, its successfully targeting a totally different clientele.
Below is the draft of the new menu.

That's actually quite a decent range that doesn't present itself as being overly pretentious, something for everyone.
As I've found with other menus in the past, I wouldn't be sat there for 10 mins wondering what the heck I was ordering!

I was taken there a couple of times as a kid in the seventies. I think it was run by a bloke called Frank. I don't remember there being any of that foreign stuff and usually ended up with a slab of Stilton and selection of salad. It was good!

The new menu looks (mostly) good too!

Seriously though, that looks quite good - I'm a fairly picky eater and I can certainly find a few things on there that I'd order.

Interesting location - close to the M1 but far enough away to be proper countryside. Just down the road from the Biosciences campus for Nottingham University (including nutritional sciences), and close to Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham. And in the heart of Leicestershire, England's finest county (although I may be a bit biased). And a Google streetview shows a cyclist going past. Can't think of anywhere better for a place like that, and the food fits the location perfectly.

As above, that sort of menu would tempt me to go there for a meal out.

You do but I would need to notify him in advance.
He is/was an off road cyclist but work, wife and dogs have scuppered that.
