I feel like I’ve been played....

The LBS owner lent his cannondale slate whilst he’s off the bike due to injury, very nice of him but I knew that it was a cunning sales ploy.

Fast forward a few months and it’s mine, he offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse and even better news is that because it’s been in my garage for a while I don’t need to explain the new purchase!

Top spec sram, he’s made some changes to the gearing, set it up for me with a new stem and bars and it rides brilliantly.

There's a bit missing.

She's a beauty for sure.

Looks fabulous to me :becool: I can totally see the attraction :okay:
I can totally see the front wheel. That's what bike design has been missing (not missing?) all these years

I like your way of thinking.

The mudguards should be the first thing on the drawing board when designing a bike. All the rest is detail.
tbf if they can design a one-legged fork (is it still a fork if it only has one "tine"?) then I'm pretty sure they could come up with a guard which is only supported on one side. But that's what happens if you tinker with one part of a system:smile:
