new wheels for heavier rider

I am 19stone ... already lost 10 stone.

I know nothing about the spoke thing, but whoa, that's seriously impressive!

thanks Alan o and Thank you for all your advice. I think for the time being until I have lost more weight I will stick with the wheels I have. just for interest I have got gator skin tyre on my bike at the moment would I notice any difference changing the tyres instead being 19 stone?
