Still dark in the morning and night

Crap weather

Was feeling the gloomy January blues, as recently as this weekend. Started going for walks with some music in my ears,and now the turbo. Get cycling, you can't but smile on a bike.

Turn the Motorhead up to 11. Makes even the most mundane chores bouncy and enjoyable. Whack some on the MP3 and you'll be cycling uphill into the wind at 60MPH.
