Still I pretty much guaranteed you'd have decent weather...... Simply by not riding

The weather was incredible, bright sunshine for most of the ride which made the low temperatures bearable.

The ride also ran almost flawlessly, apart from a puncture suffered by @si_c in the final 5 miles.

Route worked as well as hoped and we did get to stop in Timperley to meet Frank...

Cracking ride Skolly,brilliant start to 2020. Got home a tallied up the commute and ride mileage,73 miles in the bag on a 30 year old frame !

A bit late posting but I had been invited to number 1 daughter's for tea, so got in at 15.20, bike in garage, hot shower, dressed and over to the Dark Side in Sowerby Bridge and sat down at 16.30. 3 daughters, 3 sons in law and 3 grandchildren. A perfect end to a great day. Thanks everyone.
