Its groundhog day!

No chance - the person who does the lawn treatment turned up a day early so I didn't get a chance to mow it before he came

And I am not supposed to do it for a few days after which means until today - but it has rained overnight so today may be out as well

so it'll get mowed as soon as possible then it depends on how much it grows but it always grows fast after it gets a treatment anyway.

Me too, I had one once, but the EX took it

Sorry to hear that NN, but it did remind me of this...

Anyone doing No Mow May this year?

๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ› ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ›

I spent several weeks slowly removing the stone chippings I laid many years ago when we had the garden landscaped. I pulled up the weed mebrane, added several of bags of compost, raked it over and scattered a box of wild meadow flower seeds and stuck in a few donated plants. Things are starting to happen and we're looking forward to seeing what comes into bloom. We also have a load of Lavender plants in the front which attract masses of bees.
