Horn blaring giving about six inches of room when you have seven - eight feet to the right of you is appalling behaviour which was intentional. And this is what sets this apart from other 'close passes'.
Yes we can discuss the semantics of a close pass and the reasons behind it, most is careless driving ime showing poor judgement. But the vid in the OP was something else. I don't think that anybody who posted on this thread would disagree with you, or was making excuses for his behaviour. I'm not delighted that he lost his job, but I'm not exactly weeping either. Any pass when you have to move your right elbow in gets the adrenaline up.
