I used to do cricket, rugby, football, hillwalking, and cycling.
Then my knees started to go, so I just did hillwalking and cycling.
Now my knees are totally knackered, and the only thing I can do is cycling.

In my ideal world, I wake up every morning, do some stretching stuff, 30 press ups, 20 sit ups, abs-wheel stuff and so on. In reality, I do it once a fortnight :okay::okay:

Yes, I am 53 now and you use it or you lose it. I don't want to be a wizened middle aged guy with a pot belly and pipe cleaner arms and legs, bollox to that, I go to the gym for less than hour maybe 3 times a week, I don't particularly enjoy it but I am in better shape now than when I was 25 and I intend to keep going until I drop. :okay:

Another for the weights room in the gym. Normally go 3 days a week before work, but taken a month off at present to rest an injured shoulder.

I am going to start cycling soon (honest) but I go spinning 3 times a week and do a core class once a week. I've also got myself a weighted hula hoop that I use but that really hurts and I've had some corker bruises from it.

I've got exercises for my dodgy knees which I do daily - VMOs amongst others.
I also try to walk for at least an hour a day, including a lunchtime walk to get me away from being sat at a desk.
I should do more, but who shouldn't..?

Well I don't really cycle any more but I do walk around 5 miles per day in my job.

I did attempt a football'ing comeback last year after not playing for 12 years, that could have been a mistake as I now have lots of problems with knee pain whilst walking.

I hear Miss Goodbody's quite keen on bending over for some vigorous squat thrusts.

We have a Gym at work, which is dead convenient. My favourite thing is Kettlebells. After the first session I ever did I literally couldn't walk or raise my arms to brush my teeth.
