I hear Miss Goodbody's quite keen on bending over for some vigorous squat thrusts.In my ideal world, I wake up every morning, do some stretching stuff, 30 press ups, 20 sit ups, abs-wheel stuff and so on. In reality, I do it once a fortnight![]()
