Proper winter cycling boots is where it's at. Toasty warm and dry, I love mine. Might not be so good for a summer lejog though.

I've got myself some Specialized winter boots (MTB) - whilst lovely and warm etc. they do let rain in around the ankle, basically I think it's because I have scrawny ankles so can't get the neoprene fastened tight enough
