OK, that hurt! Coming down from Shrigley, I didn't notice the road was wet/muddy - front wheel went skiddy once and then when it went again I had that "this is going to hurt" feeling... and it did!
Luckily no blood or anything broken. I think I have what they call "road rash"... skin not broken on my back but gone all red... and everything hurts!
Coming up the hill were two membes of a club for ADIDAS workers... if you're reading this guys, thanks for picking me and my bike and glasses up and making sure I was OK. Much respect to you for that. Cyclists are great aren't they?
Don't think I was going too fast - when I lok back on Garmin it looks OK. Has made me a bit less daredevil though... and the bath after was sore!
