Panniers for folding bike

Hi,
I've been looking for a waterproof bag that can be fitted to a folding bike, so normal panniers are probably too big.
Does anybody uses panniers in their folding bikes? if so, which ones? Are front bags better? I'm not sure what all the types are, sorry.

I've used an Ortlieb Office Bag Plus on my Birdy for years.

I had to do a bit of fettling to move the track on the bag so that the bag sits further back on the rack and gives my foot room to spin without hitting it.

I've even had an Altura suit bag on there.

I use Ortlieb Front Rollers on the back of my Dahon - a v. good fit and surprisingly capacious. They run clear both of the ground and my heel. I'd be interested in anything that had a pocket or two for storing little bits & bobs, though.
