A litter picker here,not as often as i would like,due to care duties.But i have booked Thursday for a pick this week,then lunch at my fave cafe.Sadly our area is getting worse,yet we have more bins,there is a wall and grass behind it,where local drinkers drop the empty bottles,i saw five hidden last week as i went for my hearing aids.It does not help that we have a retail park nearby,with food outlets.

Dibble could deal as it is indeed an offence, but LA more, likely to take action by way of an FPN. We actually caught one on dashcam yesterday and have alerted MKCC, just waiting for them to respond when the re open.

Here in Victoria you can send it to the Environment Protection Authority but if it gets to Court you may be called as a witness
