35 outside here in Dorset. 27 indoors. Will ride this out but look to Aircon / Portable Aircon a bit later in the year when the kerfuffle has died down.

I took this photo of the digital thermometer in a place I was working back in 2015.

Air conditioning at work today is keeping it a lot more pleasant.

the downside is having to leave said store...

It's so hot I've put a bottle of red in the fridge!
Yep, our 90 minutes free parking was up.....

I am in the coolest (north-facing) room in the house, doors and windows open, but it is still 25 degrees in here!

I had been thinking about doing a similar evening ride to yesterday's, only with an even gnarlier climb out of the valley**, but it is too hot for that. I will wait an hour or so then go and tackle a gentler lumpy loop.

** I found an entertaining video of the climb which I will post when I tackle it on a cooler evening.

You must be mad! I ebiked into the office today but I was very glad of the motor on the hill coming home. Max assist, that'll do nicely. Still sweating buckets when I got home.

I think it'll have to be the office again tomorrow, can't concentrate when it's over 25, but I'm afraid I might have to kill the planet a teeny bit more with the 3.0L diesel with a/c.
