Also, in an attempt to look younger, Rocky has taken to wearing a hat, but not just any old hat, oh no no, this is a hat with bits of hair around the edges to give the impression that the wearer is not as folically challenged as they may otherwise be. What is the term for this hirsute addition to the hat though?
