Has anyone had any dealings with PS Cycles?

I made an online purchase on 27th Feb and have not received the item. Despite emails and calling them several times no reply.

They claim to be open today

I had something similar with another retailer who didn't refund a return. They were swift to respond when my CC company refunded both items despite me returning only one

They might be open but not so great at answering the phone or emails.

I had the same, I just got voicemail and no response to messages
If you don't need whatever it is urgently and can get elsewhere, I'd call the CC company and get the money credited back to the card...assuming you paid by CC
