Just remembered, I had a yummy full brekkie here when in Leeds in April. Looked a really good place to have a beer or three too, unfortunately our last morning

But, nearly £9 for a full English, it'll be about half that across the road in the market. Good bar is that, is it linked to the Dog House bar next door? I seem to be magically in both simultaneously when I've had a few.:okay:

Wednesday. I take it it's a popular place then.

On a weekend it's rammed from opening to closing, the alley to it too, which is nice place to have a drink. I've remembered a really good classic old cafe, inside outside seating and with real character, 5 mins walk from the Easy Hotel, hidden between 2 main streets.

I wonder how long it'll take for someone to recommend The Dog and Brexit aka Wetherspoon's.
I don’t like the owners politics but he knows how to run a successful pub chain. Wetherspoons are very good at producing great value meals and sell a good range of beers.
Their breakfasts are great on a hangover.

If you do have to use Spoons the one in Millinium Square is the best IMO, I think their breakfasts are OK.
You are spoilt for choice for pubs.

I spent Saturday night at The Queen's hotel at Leeds station. It was ghastly, just filthy, shabby, dark and in need of being knocked down and rebuilt.

Nothing's changed then. That's the impression I got from a works do in 1998.
