Can we put lack of customer skills in with this?
I was waiting on a part that was a long time coming, not the LBS fault I know, but every time I rang or (the audacity!) dared to visit the shop to see where it was I was treated as an annoyance "I said I'd phone you when it was here" I was told.
In the end it did arrive with the UK distributor, but wasn't sent to the shop, if I hadnt gone back in and asked about it it'd still be there today.
People skills. I think some people are better off working down a mine on their own than in a shop!
